
Teacher Heidi is the owner and lead teacher at Wildflowers Preschool. She holds a Master's in Environmental Education as well as an elementary teaching license. She taught 6th grade math and science for a few years before opening Wildflowers Preschool. Heidi has varied experience working in preschool settings and has taken aspects of Montessori and Reggio Emilia theories to build the foundation of Wildflower's curriculum. Heidi has a passion for teaching children about the natural world and has been in the field of education since 2000.
Teacher Holly has her degree in Early Childhood Education and is very passionate about her work with young children. She is a full-time teacher at Wildflowers and believes strongly in child capability and the critical importance of the social and emotional skills children are learning at this age. Holly brings with her a love of arts and crafts, music, and storytelling, as well as a dedication to anti-bias curriculum, positive behavior guidance, and strong relationships with families. She has been teaching at Wildflowers since 2012.

Assistant Teacher Amy has her AMS early childhood certification and has been working with little ones in some capacity for over 20 years! Most recently Amy has been substituting throughout North Clackamas public schools and has been holding story times weekly at Spoke & Word Books. An avid reader, she loves spreading joy and connection through literature. She considers herself a forever student and is always looking to expand her knowledge regarding best practices in early childhood education, as well as bring warmth, curiosity, and creativity to any space.

Assistant Teacher Veronica has been working with preschoolers for five years. She teaches at Grace Art Camp during the summer, and attends birthday parties as a princess on the weekends! Trained as a performer and artist, she loves to encourage creativity and self-expression, and learning about the special interests of kids.
